biotin - 5mg every day that I remember - so about EOD
ALA - 600-1200mg every meal depending on how many carbs are in it
CLA - 3g every few hours - so close to 20 or 30g a day
8 caps of fish oil a day (working up to double that, just forget a lot)
200-300g of protein
B complex about once a week - again, rarely remember it.
if my skin is bad - hasn't been in a long time now that my hormones are stable - then I take 5g of B5.
