what supplements do you take year round? vitamins etc.

BBB,

I take a multi vitamin nowadays and that is all. I took all kinds of supplements when I was playing in college bc I was working and stealing from a GNC.

I like how my body feels without supplements. Sound strange to you?
 
I'm on a cycle of glucosamine
chondroiton
MSM
L-Lysine
B-50 formula
energy pack with mutiple pills
ginkgo biloba
fish oil
protein
flaxseed

I just started this cycle...I'm looking for 20 lbs LBM. J/K....I'm experimenting with a full compliment of supplements. I know that I need L-Lysine for my elbows.

PH....how could one expect stolen supplements to make you feel better unless you have no conscience whatsoever.
 
Vitamin C, CitrusCell, Lemon Concentrate, Extract of Grapefruit... .hmm... I think there are some more. :)

biotin - 5mg every day that I remember - so about EOD

ALA - 600-1200mg every meal depending on how many carbs are in it

CLA - 3g every few hours - so close to 20 or 30g a day

8 caps of fish oil a day (working up to double that, just forget a lot)

200-300g of protein

B complex about once a week - again, rarely remember it.

if my skin is bad - hasn't been in a long time now that my hormones are stable - then I take 5g of B5.

B5? Is that pantothenic acid? Bad skin could be a number of things. I'm curious because I don't like what my skin is doing lately.
