Here it is

You are sick as a pig and still need to workout and or do cardio.

What do you take or do you not train at all ???????/

I think it's disrespectful to train in a gym being sick as dog --

However, if you must -- or you are training at home or something I'd load up on the following.

Vitamin C 2.5 G's
Vitamin B complex (one tab)
Potassium (150mg's)
Zinc (100mgs)

check out emercen-C and airborne

I have to agree with Jon, if you're sick, and contagious, it's really inconsiderate to put yourself out among the herd, you're just spreading the joy.

IMO, it's just plain silly to work out when you're sick. You get a piss-poor workout, and you're stressing your body when it's already stressed. Better to take a day or two off, you'll shake the bug WAY faster than if you push through it.

As for supplements, the only thing I've ever found that really seemed to help when a bug is coming on is elderberry, I've never had much luck with echinacea. I think eating clean, having a balanced diet, taking a good multivitamin, staying away from refined carbs and staying well hydrated goes a long way toward prevention of illness to begin with.

I know I am impartial, but I made this custom formula at CustomCapsule.com, I named it "Sick Stack", so far this winter just been getting a runny nose and a little congestion, but nothing to keep me from lifting.

Pills Per Serving: 5
Servings Per Batch: 60
Pills Per Batch: 300

Ingredients %DV
Coenzyme Q10 20 MG N/A
Echinacea angus. 500 MG N/A
Grape Seed Extract 150 MG N/A
Green Tea Extract 500 MG N/A
N-acetyl-L-cysteine 500 MG N/A
Na R-Alpha Lipoic Acid 150 MG N/A

I know I went a little overkill but it is a great anti-oxidant which is good for health and bodybuilding gains.

For real, take some vitamin c and some good rest would do you fine....

I usually just go for oranges and sleep. I have found that by taking glutamine, I am less susceptible to getting sick when I regularly workout.

ton of vitamin c (airborne)
multi vitamin
drink as much V8 as you can consume
tylenol daytime or dayquil
and pop some ibuprofen to kick whatever pains you have

Yeah and most importantly REST REST REST..

I've had the flu for a week and I feel a little better but I know better than to push it. I'm dying to pick up the weights again but I know thats the last thing your body needs is more stress and exhaustion when its trying to heal itsself.
