This is probably speculative.
Rancid Omega 3's are carcinogenic. If you grind up flax, the heat generated by grinding may break down the omega 3's. This can cause the omega 3's to degrade and become rancid.
you can either buy flax oil, or do what I do: put whole flax in your food and chew. (Don't forget to floss!)

This is true. However, saw palmetto extract has been proven to be an effective treatment for DHT-induced problems (such as MPB).
It makes sense that if you want to take higher levels of test than your body produces (such as 300mg +/week), it might well do some good to throw in a 5-ar inhibitor, such as saw palmetto. It also may be a good idea to throw in an aromatase blocker, such as letro or 6-oxo, or a milder anti-e like Calcium D Glucarate (also found in LifeExtension formula).
