Mainly I'm looking for something that will give me an edge on getting cut. I'm VERY slowly but surely improving my physique but not at the rate I would like to. My diet consists mainly of Tuna wraps made with wholewheat tortilla shells, lowfat mayo and cottage cheese, adds up to about 40g Protien, 25g carbs, 6g of fat, give or take 2-3 g max. I eat about 2-3 of those a day. Before I workout every day I do 15-20min of cardio then commense with my weights. I've been hitting the gym and eating very responsibly for the last 2-3 months and now I changed my diet to mainly tuna wraps. I've been on this for a few weeks but I'm still at the exact same weight. I don't know if i should be gaining or losing weight or just staying the same but my waist size and stomach size is the exact same as it was 3 months ago, waist differing from 32-33 inches depending on the time of day. My upper body looks a little more cut but not even close to being shredded, You cant even really see my abs or even the full split in my chest unless i totally flex. I'm probably gonna load myself up with water today to get rid of water retention I may have bottled up in me.

What are some Reccomendations of supplements? Don't think I'm quite ready to take Winstrol but the thought has crossed my mind. I was planning on taking Androstendione or Androstack to increase my lean muscle and I have used ephedrine based products too much in the past and I feel if I proceed to use products like Xenadrine or an ECA stack I might regret it later on. Any Ideas people?

BTW my stats are I'm 5'8, 175 LBS, 32 inch waist and im 19.

If you have looked at peer review journals you know that all andro products should be avoided. They are absolutely worthless to you as a bodybuilder. Most suppliments are a rip off. If you wish to use some suppliments that help with cutting, ephedra, calcium citrate, and fish oil caps should be your choices. They actually have research to confirm their effects upon body composistion. The greater majority are marketing schemes, and have either no reasearch to confirm this, or research which suggest they have no possitve effect upon body composition.

I agree with BodyByFinaplix....supplements, etc., ought to be your last concern. Focus on diet and exercise and when you've made some progress you can start tinkering around with supplements.

I would recommend putting cardio after weights - this way your muscle glycogen will be depleted (a semi-fair state to be in prior to cardio if fat loss is your goal). I would also increase cardio duration or try intervals (e.g., walk one minute, sprint one minute, etc.,).

Oh, and add more healthy fats to your diet in the form of fish oils...hmmm that's all I can think of right now.

Diet (nutrition) is the bodybuilder's greatest asset. Forget the supplementation, except for a good protein powder (zero or low carb) and get a great diet going.

PS: Karma is always welcome here!
