what size needle for bi's & tri's

I use 25g 5/8. For me bi's hurt a lot more than tri's. I find doing tri's to be quite easy

i like to use a 2 inch needle, 16 gauge.....j/k. what axe said sounds right, but i personally would never stick my bi's. tri's are fine though.

I use 27-gauge 1/2" needles, ususally called allergy injection needles. In fact these are the same needles they use at my allergist's office (Have to admit to lifting "a few" in the past!) They are perfect for bi's and tri's.

Tricep is painless, Bicep hurts a tad but nothing extreme.

i used that size in my bicep once and ill never go back too big IMO.

i use 25 gauge 5/8" in both.....love the tri injections!!!

I heard that some 25s can break, makes me nervous to use them.

yeah i heard that too......i guess its all mental. I remember when i held the 23 gauge next to my bicep i thought i was gonna punch a hole throgh my arm......couldnt do a bi injection after that for a while.
