Who has 23" arms? You should have started the list at 10" and topped out at 20"
 
Man, you all got some short arms.
Mine's way longer than that.
 
Mine are just over 18 cold too... but you know I don't work bi's bor :D
 
Im guessing 18 is pretty average around these parts.... I know I don't think of mine as big....

You guys have some short arms.

My arms are 34", it doesn't matter whether it's cold or hot they stay the same. ;)

sure thing i usually use my work computer ill e-mail my pictures to myself then open them on this computer!

ive got some cool pics ive grown alot!!

digital cammera is a big help i used to have to develop film and then scan photos
 
I think I'd look hysterically funny with 20" arms considering I have a 24-25 inch waist (depends on my carb-intakes). I don't even fit on the poll. :(

A tad over 20 cold, look bigger though because of the shape, density, muscle maturity, plus I'm up to 7% body fat right now, kind of chubby for me.
 
I've had skin tags bigger some of your mofos biceps.

21 1/2............currently at 268.

And I don't know about 18 being average....even on here......18" is a pretty big arm. :)

There`s a couple of examples of this. I MUST say, If you`re taller, You have to have BIGGER arms to look good. How can a smaller arm be better for a tall dude?

Mine are a measley 16 1/2 inches and need to be 18 AT LEAST to look decent. IMO.

All I can say is you outweigh me by only about 10 pounds but your arms are HOOOGE bor....

Its funny there are guys who's arms I think are huge yet are smaller I also see the opposite. It all depends on how big you are.

You put 18 inch arms on a short guy with short limbs and they are gonna look a helluva lot bigger then 18 inch arms on a taller guy with long limbs.

then there's me, my arms are a small 17", and I am 6'1 and 240 lbs....my arms are the suck...forearms even worse....

Yeah but I'm only 5'11"..........it took me 9 years to achieve 3 1/2 inches of growth in my arms.......

Age 20 18" arms at 8-9%
Age 29 21 1/2" arms at 9%

And if there is one person on this site that has 23" arms at under 10%.........holla back......because I am truly impressed

i was thinkin i am a badass for a while arm and age the same

16 years old 16s
17 years old 17
