What should my goal weigh be?

I want to know what my goal bulking weight should be, and then what my goal lean weight should be. Right now i am 5'7 at 150lbs. I have fat on me, like on my pecs, and my stomach is not flat anymore due to bulking. What weight would be good for me to bulk up to at my height? My long term goal is to get extremely bulky and massive, but lean and defined with little or no fat on me. I am guessing i have around 13%-15%, and i have been bulking for about 6 months (not even close to clean bulking, i just eat everything). I want to get massive, but not too fat. What weight should i bulk up too?

IMO (and that's all it is, my opinion) - you should not be concerned with a specific weight. i would just aim for the size you want to be and the strength you want to achieve and that's it. i don't think that your bodyweight should really be an issue if you're looking for size. you might hit the size you want to be, then do a good cut, and come up 10lbs lighter. who knows. i personally don't care what my bodyweight is, as long as i'm able to meet my strength and size goals.

i would suggest, however, that you visit the diet forum and go for a cleaner bulking diet. the right diet will help you to build faster/better, as diet and proper rest are the other 2/3 of getting bigger and stronger.

anyone else able to input anything?

Bodyweight is sorta meaningless, there's so many variables (bone density, water retention etc). I look about 150 (I'm 5'7 too) but I'm really about 200 lbs. People are so shocked when I tell them. I'm not saying I'm muscular though, my BF is between 15-20%. Strength/Size (from what you and others can see)/Definition (if even definition) matter most.

Whatever you feel you can achieve.

I have a goal, but it's a loose goal. It's like "let's shoot for this weight and see how I look when I get there."

My main concern is not to get too fat, but i want to get as big as i possible can. For those of you who know about body types, i am naturally an ectomorph, meaning i just look skinny when i am really not. I want to overcome this, and have a muscular build and just look big, not skinny anymore. I have definately got bigger and stronger, but also put on fat, which i know is normal for bulking. I just want to make sure i don't bulk for too long, so what things can i watch for so i know when to stop bulking and start cutting?

Hey brother! Welcome to the boards! There are so many variables as everyone has said, so its really difficult to give a good BW at any height. Im only 185 myself and get guessed at 220+ often times. My arms are right around 18 and Im 5'8, chest 48.5 etc. Decent measurements but still light IMO. Like Crak said. Id shoot for body measurements and strength as your best gauges. The scale has some uses, but is far from the complete truth, due to so many variables. There was a time when I was 185 with 16" arms at around the same BF% Im at now, If not leaner and my arms are just under 18" now and my body weight basically the same. And arms werent the only thing to increase. Everything has.
So that gives you some Idea. Hope that helps
