what should i use to cut

Im 21, 5"8 210 probably need to get 190-195 to be ripped. I'm willing to what ever it takes. My diet I'm trying to work on. I don't know if I need to do cardio because I work in a supplement warehouse picking and pulling orders all day constantly on my feet all day and moving. Thanks for your guys time.
 
eat less food than you're eating now and you'll lose a few pounds. dont be paranoid about losing lean tissue, it's a lot harder to lose muscle than you think. (than most people think)
 
I wouldn't think say an 30 mins or less of cardio in the am before you eat will harm anything. I know i did this for about a month and weight came off way to fast. Give it a shot and see how your body re-acts to it. It all depends on the person. But MOST IMPORTANT your diet has to be in check.
 
your diet has to be DEAD on...you might think it is..so lets see it and we will let you know...doing AM cardio (on an empty tank) 5X a week will shed some seriouse fat...

This is something that concerns me, especially as I start to wind down ym bulking cycle and will be cutting in a month or two. Without getting TOO crazy here, is the key to cutting fat and keeping the vast majority of your LMM diet and especially protein intake? I will be cutting for a few months before I get back on a low dose of test EQ or some TBOL maybe, just something to get back what I lost and hold onto the rest while I cut more.

Well....after writing all that I see I am officially hijacking this thread. Sorry bro, I'll give you K to make up for it. :)
 
2000 mgs DNP.. JK, lol..... diet diet diet... drink lots of water, 1.5 - 2 gallons a day, doing this you'll loose an easy 10 lbs with the firs week and a half.. always happens with me. whats your diet now?
 
I found that raising my protein shakes to 3 a day and i high protein diet made me lose weight i stoped that shit fast! I want to rip up i eat some DB....Works backwards on me...GL 5 or 6 pounds aint shit to lose.
 
"shed fat fast" I wonder what you guys consider fast? I had one lady tell me she was doing cardio 6x week and losing 2lbs a week. WTF? I can lose 3lbs a week by cutting my calories and not wasting one fucking minute on any type of cardio machine. what a total waste of time. and i'm not even a young kid like some of you dudes.
 
problem with society is that North Americans just love to eat...eat,,,and eat more. so eat like a pig and run 10 miles a day or just get some god damn will power and eat less.

OR eat less AND do cardio. That should show some real nice fat loss.
