Your definitely over-training my man! You need to revise your workout plan. Also, I'm not sure what bodyfat % you are at or what you look like, but I am assuming that you have a pretty decent amount of fat on you, right? I'd say that you should definitely get your cardio in first man. Shed off some of that fat and lean up. Go into a slight calorie deficit and do morning cardio. You will tighten up and look great. You may lose some strength and size but that is ok.
After you get to a good, solid point...then you can go in a calorie surplus and jump on Dbol. Your strength will shoot up, as well as your size. But you have to eat CLEAN and eat a lot.
Give it some time until you have your training totally spot on and your diet fixed up. Lose some bodyfat, learn as much as possible, "prime" your body for growth (calorie deficit), and when you are ready, you can jump on a smart dose of dbol for a few weeks and you will grow like a weed brother.
You are a bit young for it. Personally, I won't be a hypocrit and tell you not to juice because I was doing it at 20 and I know plenty of people who did it even younger and are completely fine, but I just say that you need to fix your training and diet and increase your knowledge of the human body and AAS.
