ok im almost 4 weeks into my first cycle of test cyp
400mg a week , i have been using forma for estrogen control
i really havent had any prob yet no sensitivity,itchiness etc
but i just scooped up some liquid arimidex
my question is should i add this and use both (adex an forma)
or just one of them

Just one, forma 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm.

doesn't make any sense to add anything else if you're not having any problems. Forma should be sufficient.
