I'm 5'8 235lbs. I would like to get your opinions on what type of workout i should do to get a big stocky look. I'm not interested in being all cut up, poseing for a mag or anything like that. I want that "I just got out of the Pen" look, big stocky and bulky. What would be the best style for myself to workout with. I will be also taking sust and deca, i have used Super Test 250 before and got good results.

Do you have any training experience. @ 235lbs, 5'8, you're either very muscular or very fat. Which is it?

If you're fat, then you will actually gain muscle very quickly. I'd start off by doing some high rep lifts to burn fat and define muscle.

Half and half, my brother is the same height and weight and we look totally different. I use to weight 215-220, then i got on super test 250 and weighted in as much as 255lbs. Been of it for a cuple of months now and I'm at 235lbs

KISS
keep it simple stupid
deads, squats, over head pressed, oly lifts
the basic compound movements are probably going to help you the most

Not sure what you want as far as goals - stocky look can mean many things. If you want to lose fat, diet. If not, eat. That simple

High rep lifts don't burn fat. Burning fat is simply caloric deficit. I guess one could argue that at perfect stasis adding some reps will burn more calories and result in fat loss but I could go run around the block or dig a hole for precisely the same number of calories so it has nothing to do with the weightlifting itself but simply excess work of any kind increasing caloric requirements.

There is no such thing as defining a muscle (nor is there toning for that matter). You are building or not building. Definition is related to body fat levels and is made more impressive by having an excess of lean body mass and low body fat levels.
