W winderman New member Nov 2, 2002 #1 on my first cylce taking 250ml of test for 8 weeks, im on my 6th week and finding out from this sight that 500ml is the norm. so my question is should i go 12 weeks at 250 or stop at 8 then go to 500 on my next cycle. thanks

P Paulos New member Nov 2, 2002 #2 250ml of test? Good Lord! I'm guessing you meant 250mg. Just finish out your normal planned cycle and do 500 next cycle.
