What Should I Do...stop Cycle Or Not

I just maxed out football last week in bench, powercleans, and squat...I pulled muscles in both arms by my elbow...I am four weeks into my fina, winny and aratest cycle..should I still take shots or not...I was running fina weeks 1-8 75 mg EOD, aratest weeks 1-0 250 mg monday and thursday and, winny 50 mg weeks 4-end...I just started winny this week should I wait until next week to start the winny or should I just stop the cycle for a full week im not sure what to do please help..I am still doing cardio and abs....please respond
 
How bad is it? Did you go to a doc? How long do you think it'll be until you can train intensely again? If it'll only be about a week then just stay on and train what you can in the meantime or even take the week off lifting but keep taking the gear.
 
ITS NOT THAT BAD NO DOCTOR JUST THE FOOTBALL TRAINER TOLD ME TO TAKE THE WEEK OFF LFITING JUST REALLY PAINFULL I TRIED DOING CHEST TODAY I GOT TO MY SECOND SET OF 10 AT 260 AND AFTER THAT IT WAS KILLING ME SO JSUT THE WEEK?
 
Does your make you guys do 1 rep maxes?? My coach makes us max out at 225 for bench(how many reps) and max out at 315 squat(how many reps) yea it sucks when your between 25-30 reps for squat and your legs are cramping but at least it lowers the weight on your body. By the way i wouldnt stop--just rest this week and hit the ice and pain killers 1 week off is not a big deal
 
NIce where do you go to school are you in college? We rep at 1 rmx..It's good and bad I would do good I think in both reps and weight I wiegh 185, bench 350, squat 500 ass to heals, adn clean 300....what do you do for diet wise? How does your fball diet consits of.
 
I play at Azusa Pacific University--thats some good weight for your size man--keep it up--right now im bulking up..they moved me from linebacker to d-line--im 5'11" 251lbs so i wanna gain a little more weight. My diet is a ton of food!! 2-4lbs red meat a day, all natural peanut butter ton of it, 2 bowls of oatmeal a day, lots of whole grain bread, chicken breasts, tunas, 10 eggs per day, 3 protein shakes per day, no sweets and very little dairy, I eat other things but it is outside of this diet..
