Judging from what you've said you're body reacts about as well as mine to dieting. It's kind of like, yeah, you're doing some cardio, that's nice, and yeah, you eat pretty well.. but I'm going to stay fat cuz I like it. I cannot tell you how important it is to GET BACK ON A STRICT DIET RIGHT NOW!!! Increase that cardio to a LEAST 30 minutes a day, 45 would be better. And do cardio 7 days a week. You'll be at 9% or less in a matter of weeks. Be serious about this, and check in with us on the board (or friends, or your favorite trainer, or the chick you're bangin', or whoever). You need SOMEONE to check in with. From what I've read, a lot of these guys'll kick yer ass right here on-line if you start thinkin' yer gettin' off it. PM me if you want. But start cutting!
