what should i do now, please help!

ok i just got off a diet and i am taking some time off. i came up a little short of my goals of my diet, wanted to get down to 10%. now i don't know what to do, should i do a cycle(one in which i will still stay lean) or just do another diet to get ripped. my ultimate goal is to be shredded! i am about 11-12% bf at this time. please help not sure what to do!

Hell bro. make a choice. If I just finished a clean, intense and Honest diet and had not lost much I would consider some help but you have to decide that.
 
Regular diet and training wouldnt take long to drop a couple percent bodyfat, just restrict calories and go lower carbs(or add ALA). But as curls asked...were you on a cycle or just a diet?
 
i was not on cycle i was just on a diet. very strict 8 wks. lost few percent of bf but still not shredded, that is my ultimate goal.
 
what was your diet like??? saying your on a diet can mean alot but without showing us we can't help! what about the cardio aspect...did u do the same thing over and over again, or did u change it up...i always find clen to be great thing to take to get the final ripped look when trying to lose those last few lbs...sometimes dieting just isn't enough!!!
 
i was using the guide lines outlined on the diet discussion board. the post was titled, "the ultimate get ripped diet while retaining muscle." i can post my diet if needed later. i did do cardio, 4 days a week, 20 min. run; also i used ephedrine and caffeine while on diet. i stopped due to the fact that i went on vacation to vagas and miami and there was no way i was going to be able to do a diet at either of those places. now i am ready to get back in to something, i am just not sure what to do so i need some help for you bros.! need to make a decision in about 2-3 weeks.

get back on the diet! how hard is that.
 
Judging from what you've said you're body reacts about as well as mine to dieting. It's kind of like, yeah, you're doing some cardio, that's nice, and yeah, you eat pretty well.. but I'm going to stay fat cuz I like it. I cannot tell you how important it is to GET BACK ON A STRICT DIET RIGHT NOW!!! Increase that cardio to a LEAST 30 minutes a day, 45 would be better. And do cardio 7 days a week. You'll be at 9% or less in a matter of weeks. Be serious about this, and check in with us on the board (or friends, or your favorite trainer, or the chick you're bangin', or whoever). You need SOMEONE to check in with. From what I've read, a lot of these guys'll kick yer ass right here on-line if you start thinkin' yer gettin' off it. PM me if you want. But start cutting!
