Ok. Im 32yrs old. Im 6'2 and 247lbs. I have been lifting weights for about 3yrs now. I have been on trt for the past year or so. While I started out at 280lbs, I have since lost 33lbs the past 2 years by just lifting and the trt. I want to get all this fat off, but yet gain some substantial muscle. What should I concentrate on first? I'm also wanting to cycle some test/tren and have everything on hand to do so, but just don't know when to pull the trigger. Give me some suggestions on what you think I should do and what kind of diet I should follow for the quickest results. Thanks.
I had good results with a ckd type of diet in the past, but I started getting unbearable headaches so, thats not for me...
