what should i be taking with sust an deca

hello guys

i have just started taking 250mg sustanon and 250mg deca twice a week, i also have liquidex
but unsure when to start taking it, this is my first week.
i weigh 80kg and am 6ft in height could anybody advise me on what i should be looking to do to keep any gains and any other helpful advice

Try some STFU @ bout 750 mgs a week. All BS aside bro, you posted in the wrong forum. I am sure a MOd will move it to the AAS forum for you.

Up the Sust too. I always double my Test to Deca ratio. For example 250 Deca= 500mgs of TEst. Keeps your dick working and stuff.

You're 6 feet tall and weigh 176 pounds and you're taking steroids? Unless there is some valid medical reason you are so skinny, you need to learn how to EAT MORE FOOD first and foremost. Then make sure you know how to train properly. Work those things out and get really good at them for a few years...THEN after you've put on 30-50 pounds naturally, you can consider taking steroids.

But, before any more sage advice is given, we would all like to know more about you.

How old are you?
How long have you been training seriously?
Tell us about your diet, what do you eat on a typical day?
Tell us about your training; post your split.

Also, you are wasting your money taking gear while not knowing how to eat. You are worried about keeping your gains, but your gains will be half or less what they could have been if you knew how to eat and train properly.
