i'm not sure what's the best shake to be taking... i take isopure 2-3 times a day, but it's expensive as shit and i hear it's not worth the extra money... i know you should take a whey shake and it is... any advice on what to take instead??? hlep...

Try "Perfect Protein" $21 for 2lbs at Vitamin world on sale days. Mix it with 3/4 cup apple juice, and 3/4 cup fat free sherbert, and a little ice. I uses Pinapple, Rasberry, and orange sherbet (its a safeway product). Great shit!!!

How much are you paying for isopure. I pay 29.95 a box (20 packs). That's about as cheap as I have found it.

the isopure costs me $30 a jug i don't take the one with carbs... so anything with carbs wouldn't be in my best interest. that's why i can't mix shit with apple juice...

I take eas simply protine not to bad $30 bucks for 5lb.
As for mrp's love the myo plex delux or nitro pro 40.
both taste great. hope this helps.
