What rice is a better alternative to white rice?

Trader Joe's has a 3 rice pack called "California Trilogy" it's brown rice, basmati & wild. Tasty combo & not too too bad for ya, unless you're low carbs.

if I have to use instant, they make brown rice boil in bags. It makes enough for a few meals and it beats white rice.

What about cousou? Like rice meats pasta. Now that is easy going down!
