What Really Good Tricep Exercise Builds Mass?

I would have to say French Curls are best at putting on mass. You can feel it but def. Dips are hardcore and so are closegrip. those pulldowns are great now too for taxing that tri.

Presses bro. French presses.

Anyway, close grip and heavy dips are the best of the best broly.
 
whatever as long as we know what we are talking about you should def throw some french PRESSES in there you'll like it. especially if you are doing a shoulder/tri workout split cause it works lil of your shoulders and delts too.

skullcrusher same thing where you take a barbell or dumbell and lower your forearms behind your head then bring it back up with your tris.

weighted dips and close grips are king. skulls are also excellent but should be done after either dips or cg's.

here's my tricep workouts(i hit them after shoulders):

workout A
close grips - 10,8,6
cable pushdowns with v-bar - 10,8,6
one handed cable pushdowns - 10,10,10

workout B
weighted dips - 10,8,6
skull crushers - 10,8,6
cable pushdowns with rope att. - 10,8,6

alternate A and B weekly

i would gladly substitute overhead db extension for the first cable exercise on workout A but my wrists are unable to handle it
