What RAM specification are important when adding RAM

I have a laptop with 512MB DDR2 RAM. What all specs need to match if I buy another stick? I know I need PC4200-DDR2, laptop and DDR2-533 (I assume 533 Mhz).

These are the specs given by crucial after a system scan.

DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 64Meg x 64

If I buy a stick of 512MB on ebay for $30, what all do I need to match up to get it to work and what all is automatically matched up? Would a stick of SODIMM PC4200-DDR2 at 533 Mhz automatically work in my system and is all ram NON-ECC & unbuffered? I don't know what several of these terms mean so you know. I just want to know what all specs I need to match up when buying ram on ebay.

if you are not positive what you need I would avoid ebay. Go to crucial.com and use their wizard thing to find what you need. Their prices are pretty good too.
