Expensive, is of a thin gravy consistency and tastes like rat piss.

Any milk based ... any brand. My guts just churn and produce gas.

For me there is no "tolerance".

This used to happen to me also. Now I use "lacto safe." I buy it locally but here is a link for some:
Lacto Safe I even mix my protein powder with milk now and no problems at all.

You just KNOW that shit was nasty tasting. damn. It was fetid. And the worst part of it all was mixing it up and seeing fucking gas bubbles in the top of the glass. I shudder to think about it.

you fucking got that exactly right, the gas bubbles at the top were horendous
and it just took me forever to get that shit down....so you felt my pain there lol.....did you try the isopure drinks in the glass bottles yet, by far the best tasting there is just like gatorade with a slight aftertaste.......
