what program need to clean the harddrive?

name a few good program to keep hard drive clean from things ;-) or keep anyone from finding things. Also is there a program that runs to check yuor system for erors? been having problems with windows 98 i think some programs to keep it running smooth is missing

use a password

the simpliest solution is to use a password to login.
Then nobody can touch your computer.
