what most don't know about GH

what most don't know about GH

What most people don't know is (including most doctors and scientists) that when natural or synthetic growth hormone circulates in the blood in higher than normal amounts (which is what you want) a sort of governing hormone called somatostatin is simultaneously released . . .which effectively blocks much of the increased growth hormone. It’s kind of like the shutoff mechanism on a high-powered sports car, if you drive it too fast (around 145 for most) the engine will automatically shut off! Sure, it could do 165, 180, maybe even 195. . .but that’s the danger zone! This is exactly what somatostatin does, shuts off growth hormone when it starts increasing! Now obviously it’s a grand idea to stop you from killing yourself going nearly 200 mph. . .but it’s not such a grand idea to shut down much needed abnormally high growth hormone output.
alpha-glyceryl phosphorycholine
It’s a very potent precursor to acetylcholine, which is the most abundant neurotransmitter in the body. And because it’s used so much by your body, especially by hard training athletes, acetylcholine levels are constantly low! Very low.
What does this have to do with growth? Lots, because when your acetylcholine levels are just a little bit low. . .somatostatin levels skyrocket, thus blocking the release of extra growth hormone and thus IGF, and when this happens. . .you can’t grow!
.

Substances that enhance the function of acetylcholine:

- Centrophenoxine stimulates the release of Acetylcholine within the Brain.
- Gamma-Hydroxybutyric Acid (GHB) stimulates the release of Acetylcholine within the Brain
- Minaprine enhances the function of Acetylcholine within the Brain.
- Nimodipine increases Acetylcholine levels in the Hippocampus of the Brain.
- Piracetam increases the number of Cholinergic Receptors for Acetylcholine within the Brain by up to 30-40%.
- Pramiracetam increases the number of Cholinergic Receptors for Acetylcholine within the Brain.

- Huperzine-A increases Acetylcholine levels by decreasing its rate of breakedown.
- Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC) facilitates the synthesis and release of Acetylcholine, ALC also mimics the function of Acetylcholine.
- Phosphatidylserine stimulates the release of Acetylcholine within the Cerebral Cortex.
- Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) raises Acetylcholine levels within the Brain:
- DMAE inhibits the metabolism of Choline in peripheral tissues (permitting “free” Choline to enter the brain and stimulate the production of Acetylcholine).
- Vitamin B1 facilitates the synthesis and presynaptic release of Acetylcholine
- Vitamin B5 is an essential catalyst for the conversion of Choline, Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) or Phosphatidylcholine to Acetylcholine.
- Vitamin B12 facilitates the production of Acetylcholine.
- Astragalus enhances the function of Acetylcholine (by inhibiting the Acetylcholinesterase enzym that degrades Acetylcholine).
- Ginkgo biloba increases the responsiveness to and number of Receptors for Acetylcholine within the brain.
- Ginsengs enhance the body's utilization of Acetylcholine.
- Lecithin enhances the production of Acetylcholine
- In persons afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease supplementary Choline may increase the production of Acetylcholine.

If you are spending alot of money on GH or even if you are takeing AS that incresses gh and IGF. Then these chemicals will help you get the most out of it

I agree with WarLobo, Buying all this stuff seperately would kill my wallet, Right now I useualy pick about 4 or so, to save on cost-Superfrk

what four would you pick?

BTW great post will send Karma

DMAE, Astragalus, Ginkgo biloba, Vitamin B5 I do change them up some times but mostly these would be my primary 4, Mainly I would use these because most of them work in a different way, As well as being more affordable.- Superfrk

Piracetam is very cheap.
you can get it online for $.25 per "serving" (800mg after checking erowid) )and you could go through a certain well known source and get the same amount (but via two tabs) for $.20 per "serving"

so it seems other than the initial hassle, this is an easy one to add and no expensive.

I have never used GHB but I would use it while on GH. I have heard it increases the effects of GH even before I read this study.

On top of increasing Acetylcholine in the brain
GHB has a diuretic effect
Increases quality of sleep
Apparently increases serum GH levels at night

Sounds like a good stack to me.
