What math class in required for general studies degree?

Its fookin easy bro. The most difficult parts are matrices and triple variable equations.

man I took intro to algebra, and I don’t even think it counted as a math class and got a C, and the only reason i got the C is because the teacher graded on a curve:FRlol: i think the class average was like a D- i hate math, there is so many different kinds of equations ect, and i never took math in HS

How did you graduate hs if you didnt take any math?

I graduated HS with no maths during my last year (HS stops at 16 yr old here), then at college (2 years) no maths at all. They dont require maths for law school. Now I'm doing a post-degree certificate at a business school and they didnt required.... algebra and all that stuff is pretty useless for most programs.

im currently a Chem Eng. student at LA, and i gotta do all math:(

On a good note, i dont get the concepts for shit. I guess my brain is not 'spacial' or something.

I get A's simply by understanding the procedures to solving problems. For me, its just memorize, plug and chug. Btw, im currently finishing Multivarible Calc, so ask any ? if u have. Later bro

exactly man, you shouldnt have to take a stupid ass algebra class to get a desgree in psychology, or criminal justice or something

yep, us engineers have a lot of math to take. I am taking my last math class, differential equations at the moment.

oh man, its brutal. I am taking the whole course in 4.5 weeks. Speaking of which, I am actually putting off homework for this class because I am addicted to EF

English is what killed me. I got straight A's in math.

Learn those calculator functions, Mangy.

man, i took intro to algebra and it seemed like there was 50 different kind of equations to master, how the hell do you guys do it, i thought geometry was pretty interesting, but algebra? calc? good god man

Another whiny alpha thread about how maths is overrated... anybody who knows anything about math knows math is underrated.

Tell me how maths would change my life, increase my salary, help me drive a Ferrari instead of an Infiniti...
