is HMB really that impressive??? I've never tried it, but the science sounds like it could be pretty significant. I know the only one who voted for that was an idiot who shot 6grams of test a week.... buuut, it still sounds good. Anyone tried it?
It's funny. The other day a co-worker was talking about how "buff" he used to be. Said he started taking HMB when it was popular and got up to 240lbs (this guy is maybe 5'7). He kept acting like it was a steroid and telling me to buy some.
