I'm extremely open-minded when it comes to lifestyles, cultures, food, music, art, etc. Furthermore, I like to try things at least once or get all of the facts before I form an opinion. I guess this comes from always having a desire to learn something new, living in such a huge and diverse city and being exposed to many things both good and bad (via friends & family, personal life experiences, news, etc.).
