the idea behind option 1:
bulk naturally..
gain the weight slowly but surely on creatine, high cals and hgh...
and then shock the body with a crazy cutter..
a shitload of gear and low cals/cardio.
the idea behind option 2:
bulk on gear.. eat plenty and train hard.
most will probably agree its the best way to gain mass.
but after bulking comes cutting naturally..
probalby gonna burn alot of muscle in the process.. no?
