COMPLETELY WRONG.....its a schedule 3 drug.....schedule 1 means high tendency for addiction and NO medical use, steroids is neither of those, im POSITIVE its a schedule 3 drug

grr..my bad. i was just thinking of my police application that asked "have you used any schedule 1 substances or steroids in the past 3 years?" so i lumped 'em together without thinking

Thanks for the info. I guess what I'm looking for is how it is rated when it comes to the use of it as a criminal offense. Let's say in the states of Alabama and New York. Is there any universal criminal rating that exists on a federal level?

Its a felony plain and simple. I believe that is a federal law, which would trump any state laws that may exist. Its a CIII drug.

I don't know if you are asking the right question though. It depends on how much of the drug that you have on your persons (possession). 1 bottle may be simple possession, where as 3 bottles may be intent to sell. That would probably be on a state level, but there was some talk about the laws becoming even stricter on steroid use. I doubt if there is a federal law on how much is considered simple possession or trafficking, but there could be.
