what kinda creatine with slin?

what kind of creatine should i use with insulin? should i use pure , or a brand that already has sugar and other things added to it ? the kind i have has 10grams of creatine , 75 grams of dextrose...

I think that any type with glutimine in it would be great. I have not tried Insulin yet but I am starting Monday and I am going to use CG50:50. I got it at http://thepowerstore.com From what I have heard dont waste your money on creatine mixed with sugar because the insulin will shuttle the shit out of the creatine and what ever else you take.
