I got a some white circular pills with an R on the front with an oval around the R. I think it is supposed to be clen, but I am not sure. Any ideas?

i know they suck, but they are also super cheap for me compared to spiropent. i usually use novegam, but dont really like them either. also tried super clen, but quit because they are made in china in a bathtub (not literally).
