what kind of diet while on DNP??

guys I was what diet I should follow for example low carb, 40/30/30 or what ever else.

guys I forgot to mention I will only be on 200mg of crystal a day for 20 days. also when is the best time to take and with or without food??

Maintainence cals High protien high carb, least fat you can get. Am with food will let you feel cooler while sleeping.

You'll want to take dnp in the morning from what I have been reading, this way it will be easier for you to sleep at night. And the diet thing is debateable, it seems rather universal that a high fat or ketogenic diet is not what you want to be on.
