Microbrews blow mass-produced shit out of the water man. I've had a couple Victory brews. Not bad at all. If you are there, see if you can sample some. The Grand Cru is good. The Whirlwind is just like a Belgian white ale.

Philly has several breweries around. Victory, Yards, Flying Fish, etc.
