Actually, the best way for me to regroup is to hit the gym consistently (woo-hooo...most original comment of this thread, right here.), keep my food on a decent level of quality and quantity, and clean my apartment up.
The only thing I've got going on out of that trio right now is the clean apartment thingy. The rest is kind of fucked.
I'm pretty damned unfocused compared to what I am capable of so I can't give anything credit. My "healing" is done by the processes of time. "Time heals all wounds."
