What it's like to be FAT...

2. Being fat is more acceptable than being jacked.

I noticed that people are much nicer to me when I'm fat. Even women, people are generally less intimidated by you. They may be nicer to you but they certainly don't respect you as much.

Well Andy, I've got to say, I disagree. I was fat all my life and only in the last 2 years got it down to a competitors physique. I don't mean chunky fat, I mean clinically obese at 26+% bf. I was 6'2", 306# and a 45" girth.......I find that I get respect now at 33" and 238# (and about 8.4%bf) where I never got it before, as well as getting taken a bit more seriously when approaching or being approached by the opposite sex (as long as they can't see my physique, just the big guy shape)....once they see the rest, they're either onboard (so to speak) or gone as they think I want them the same way.

My fiance (also on this board) was the traditional fat slim person and has become the ripped slim person. But she was under the misconception I wouldn't want her any other way, wrongooo.

so, when it comes to acceptable and being accepted, I find more in being fit than in being obese.....of course, your mileage may vary.

Fat is not more acceptable than muscle (at least not huge amounts of muscle). I am WAY better off now at 208 than i was at 247 with no muscle at all being 6 foot. I put on about a good 40lbs(at least) of muscle after 3 years of training and a cycle and i am way more approachable, especially by women. Im not so big as to where people are intimidated by me. I get 100 times the good looks from people than before.
Still got work to do though........

LOL> Why are you guys feeling sorry for me? I did this to myself. I didn't even follow my own advice after my T3 cycle. I didn't do high intensity cardio, switch diets...nothing

2-3 months and I'll be back better than ever. I've dieted before and I know how...I know I can do.

This was my diet yesterday:

7:30 Wake up (despite sleeping at 3am)

8am cardio

9:30 2 eggs, oatmeal, protein powder

11:30 1can of Tuna, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 3crackers.

2pm 2 chicken breasts, veggies

3:30pm; raw honey, 1 scoop of protein

4pm: Back workout

5:30pm: shake

7pm: steak, chicken breast and peppers

I wasn't clear on a few things, when you see me now I look like an average guy with a round gut and a large frame, when I was 205, I didn't look average.

People are nicer to me because I look more average. They have much less respect for me, however.
