What exactly is ketosis. I hope this isn't a stupid question but I'm use to bulking.

Not trying to be an ass, but you can find everything you need to know about it all over the diet board. Also, do a search on the net and you can find a lot of info on it.

Takes a while to explain every aspect of ketosis, so referring you to the search button is faster
