If your looking to cut that's an intense but good way to go about it. Probably get some good lean gains, reduction in BF and a dry/hard look.

Strictly for getting cut for a short period -- not a very practical way to lose fat long term. Also, I think the keto diet is one of the dumbest things to come along in the last 50 years.
i've tried clen/t3 myself.. and it wasn't worth the sides.. would much rather do some extra laps at the track. unless you are desperate and trying to win a comp or have a photo shoot. like Nelson said its a short term fix
