i am cutting currently and i dont need a cheat meal, i could easily follow my diet strictly at this point, but i think it is beneficial for a cheat meal and carb up day compared to not using it around one meal a week, what do u think i should avoid it if i can or do one a week, otherwise im gonna wait for two weeks and eat whatever up in columbus in the arnold classic! any opinions on what you think is more beneficial?
also i have heard a mix of starchy carbs, and simple sugars sustains high insulin levels for the longest period of time, is this true? if so i was planning on having some pancakes with syrup for the starchy carbs and simple too?
