Maybe only those who scored high are reporting their numbers?
Maybe only those who were confident that they would score high even bothered to take the test?

The sample size in this thread is way too small to say that this threads average is EF's average.

Actually, if I remember right, IQ tests are really only of significance/"accurate" in younger people (under 15) and the test is based on age-matched comparisons. Also, remember the arguments re: gender and race biased testing.

If I recall the true references, below 100 is considered retarded/impaired, and >140 is considered genius?

100 is the average I.Q. I think mentally impaired is around 80 and below. 140 and above is considered genius. With 1% or less of the population in that range.
