What is your ideal size when starting EQ?

Should you have some flab and meat to work with, or should you be as lean as possible? I will be running it at 500mg a week for 10 weeks. Should i start a short bulking phase of good clean carbs before i get on it? Or stay as lean as possible?
 
main thing is you should have low body fat ...perhaps 10%-12% ......but i think u would like it more if u throw in some test prop in it...100mg eod.....eq does not usually kick in till the 4 weeks.....some people note massive hunger on it some dont....since it seems u are looking to put on considerable size.....u should throw test in there.....together u should have a good cycle...or even Test enth.......if u dont wanna poke eod.....hope this helps...good luck..
 
to the contrary i want to GAIN muscle size but only liek 4 lbs of quality hard muscle. No more.. well more is ok i guess but not more then 8 :P
 
500mg/wk for 10 wks of EQ... if you get enough protein, work out hard and rest i think you can count on making your 8lbs
