Pauly, if you have a smoothie place around you other than Smoothie King, go there and ask if you can buy some of the protien they use wholesale. That's what I do, they sell it to me for 5 dollars a pound, and it has 20 grams per scoop, and 2 carbs per scoop. If you are lucky, they will have multiple flavors, but the place by me only has chocolate and vanilla.
Also I do buy Scitek once every other month, cuz it tastes really good, and blends nicely (Havoc got me turned onto them).
