I find a combo of Valerian root and Melatonin works great with no hang over...

Trazidone-100mg 1/2 hour before bed.

this stuff knock syou the fuck out. I used to use it. glad I got off of it, even on small amounts I was tired all the time, and still am.

I buy the generic version of Benadryl at costco. You can get a bottle of pills that will last for years for about five bucks. It's the same active ingredients that used in over the counter sleeping aids.
