Muscle Milk is the best tasting, but way too many fats and low on protein. I like (as far as results) ISOPURE MASS (3 scoops; 48carbs, 34 protein, all whey isolate) and 1 scoop of either Syntha-6 or just plain whey, either ON whey (hydrolyzed) or isopure perfect whey. I gained 30 lbs from Halloween 2006-Jan 1st 2007 with those combinations. Along with a perfect diet and training regimen ofcourse. MAKE THOSE FIBERS CRY~!
