What is your favorite Pre-workout meal?

Before working out aprox. 45 mins I like to have 1-2 packets quaker low sugar brown sugar oatmeal or Natty peanut butter & jelly on arnold whole wheat/7 grain bread... Followed by 30 grams low carb isopure shake with 40-50 grams dextrose added for Post workout shake...Im done with the gym around 4pm and try to eat dinner around 7, my only question is obviously low fat is good so chicken and roasted potatoes are good for dinner what else is good as far as complex carbs sweet potatoes? green beans? I am always hungry a couple hours later around 9-10ish before i usually goto bed I think im gonna have another shake without the sugar...
 
You should have a meal 1 hour after your PW shake. From your post, seems like your done working out at 4pm, drinking a shake, and then waiting 3 hours.

Good call bro Ill eat sooner but that leaves a gap of 5 hours before sleep what should I throw in between?
 
about 2 hour before i have to eat... i eat multigrain pasta (higher in protein) with 8oz chicken and a touch tomato sauce...

post workout:
2 scoops isopure (50 grams protein)
1 scoop muscle milk
with water

and drink
1 bottle of pineapple juice or cranberry juice for sugar

... has worked perfect for me
 
right after my 2 hr boxing shit I eat 60g worth of protein from eggs ALWAYS along with chicken,chicken,steak,or fish. With a serving size of oatmeal ALWAYS along with brocoli,banana,apple,carrots,orange. This is my first meal of the day wich is at 12 when I wake up i drink some coffee PLAIN black b4 i do my shit then I have milk first thing in the morning 8oz then I do my 2hr boxing shit have that meal. Lift HAve 3 scoops ON GOLD STANDRAD Whey 1 banana 3 peices wonderbread WHOLE wheat bread the good with with 4grams of protein in each slice and 14 carbs. And some brocolii. =D those are my two biggest meals of the day usually
 
1 Family size tuna packet (45 g protein)
1 box Far East cous cous or Rice Pilaf (~15-25 g protein, 100-120 g carbs)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil mixed in

That's about 1 hour pre-workout, and I start sipping a ABB CarboForce on the way to the gym and finish it by the end of the workout (110 g carbs plus electrolytes)
 
The prom queen's snapper makes a good meal anytime. Low calorie-and an ass that tastes like french vanilla ice cream.
 
After working out I down 100g dex and 46g whey. I wait about 2 hrs and then eat 8oz chicken and an oats shake.

1 cup oats
12oz water
4 oz skim milk
2 packs splenda

Blenderize and chug.
 
If in a building phase, I like to eat 4-5 whole eggs with 4 egg whites, 2 cups of skim milk, 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, two slices of whole wheat toast with butter and light coat of jam, small cup of oj with creatine and glutamine mixed in. Then I wait about an hour, pop 12 AMPlify02 caps and hit the gym :p
