but the best cheat meal is to hit a nice steak restaurant with some $$$ and get a big juicy one done medium, sitting in a rich gravy; have a baked potato on the side with cheese, firm crunchy green onions dotted over a mound of sour cream, lots and lots and lots of warm butter just sliding, slowly, smoothly over the side.... eat till hands and mouth are covered with that rich BBQ sauce and stomach is so full you can't move...
