Thank God somebody else is having the same problem.......I was about to blame my pc......& after I just reformatted the HD & reloaded everything.......I was about to Bust a Cap in it.

Okay for the ones that are not in the computer field. It is called. Nimda. Nice little worm that uses the Internet to find out other machines to possibly infect. It cause network traffic which is one thing that you are seeing slowing down all web traffic. Some might get it worse then others.

Will this try to affect pc's or just web sites.

It can affect machines as well. Usually through an e-mail, or it tries to infect web server running IIS. Many back doors, but most normal people are safe as long as you don't visit a site that has been infected, and it runs the script on your machine, or as long as you do not open an infected e-mail with it.

but why only on the side of Elite?

Not just Elite. The entire wolrd is being hit. Just one that are on a diffrenet pipe. The internet has manys ways to get from point A to point B. You are going through a pipe that has a ton of traffic, it is going to be slower. On the other end some one (as myself) is not experiencing the problem. Also, the company hosdtingthis site might be scanning the server which will make thing slower. Many different variables in the mix.
