What is with the never ending fascination with fight club?

Another one I can't understand the hype was Resorvoir Dogs...zzz IMO

Fight Club sucked in my opinion. Thats all the kids at school talk about. Tyler this, Tyler that. What the hell was up w/ that shit at the end. He shoots himself and says "I'm ok". You're not ok a bullet just went through your face.

I love Reservoir Dogs though. Quentin Tarantino films always appealed to me.

Fight club- a movie for skinny guys to think- WOW- we can be bas asses!! A 135lb guy can look tough fighting a 8th grader!!!

If you need to be in a club such as that to make yourself feel tough- YOUR NOT!!!!!!!!!!

I never understood the appeal and hype to Gladiator. In Fight Club, you have to dig deeper and go for the hidden messages.

Well for me personally Fight Club had NOTHING to do with underground boxing...everyone is entitled to their interpretation.

i was blown away by the ending when the two became one guy, there was some good comments and put downs on the male yuppie lifestyle.

BUT edward notron looked AND acted better in AMX. as for brad pitt, well, i never saw the attraction to that skinny guy.


perhaps the plot line appeals to the inner child still present in some of us; harboring the idea that senseless violence and destructive anarchy will change everything for the better and allow us to "get even" with the outside world for everything that hasn't worked out the way we wanted?

sure am happy i wiewed this movie on cable and didn't pay money for it!!!!!
