What is Vitex, what does it do, where do I get it?

I did a search and found no clear answers

It is an herbal extract. Lowers prolactin levels. This reduces the risk of gyno from progestin-type roids like tren and deca.

This place has powdered vitex (chasteberry extract.) Excellent price.
