What is this MSM stuff for the joints??

I read on another post that there is this stuff called MSM and it helps with joint pain. What is it and where do i get it? What dosage should i use?

I'm sure you can get it in any health food store or pharmacy. I've seen it just about everywhere. I don't know if it's better than Glucosamine or not.

In my experience, Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate takes about a month to "start working." MSM works almost immediately. Still, I like to use all this together, especially when taking winny.

MSM is a 'health mineral' of sorts. It helps promote overall good health. It assist with various deficiencies within the body. Arthritis is one of the problems it is supposed to relieve (not repair). Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate assist with the repair / regeneration of damaged cartilage. I use some stuff which is a combination of MSM, Glucosamine and Chondroitin. It definitely works!
