I just read an article about Jenny Worth. In the article it says that "Despite the enormous number of calories she burns with her strenuous training schedule, Worth says she has a hard time getting in contest shape because of genetics and a sluggish thyroid. When training for a competition she often consumes no more than 500 calories a day."
Could this possible be true? Has she shot her metabolism so badly from dieting that she has to consume this little? I think this is truely shocking and sad, but maybe I am naive.
