do you guys think the world is getting betterr? as far as:

CRIMES(murders,rapes,suicides,kidnappings,vandalism,terrorism, Etc)

DISEASES(STDs,cancers,millions of new and old health problems, Etc)

POLLUTIONS(oil spills,toxic waste dumping,military weapon testing,land fills,air pollution from power plant/smoke stacks, motor vehicles, Etc)

natural disasters(floods,Earthquakes,Etc)

do you guys actually think were doing better than we were say one hundred years ago? seeing we didn't have half the shit we have today, aids, tons of new cancers, new fun drugs that kills thousands of people every day, the young smoking, chewing Etc....makes you think what new (cancers, diseases, natural disasters, crime, health problems we never used to have that are sky rocketing, etc)... is yet to come....what do you all think about this? digging are own grave EH!!! think we will last another 100? i sure as hell don't.

aids was around before? all these cancers, diseases, and polutions were around before? i don't think so man. i'm talking about the US also. i should probably ad that.

Many people are dying of cancer today because they are no longer being killed by typhus and diseases like that.
Someday everybody dies and cancer is a typical old-age disease.

I definately prefer to live right now than in the 19th century.

standard of living is 100x better. Cuz of our new technology.

personality wise..people are more stressed, busy and unhappy than they were 100 years ago. But that's human emotions -- completely seperate from technology.

oh and women look HOTTER now than they did back then. Maybe it's cuz of that bare midriff craze.

1995-2000 was the best.

Life is going downhill since 2000, especially 2001/9/11.

I'll bet if we really wanted to, we could have much bigger and more intense natural disasters than we have had in the past.

but all the fucking scientists are too lazy or too money grubbing.
so they are all after the cure to cancer and couldn't give a shit about making a more powerful earthquake, or making a volcano shoot hot magma 2 times as high into the night air...

Me? I'm a fan of the 50's. I'd love to live in the 50's. Happiness is what really counts. People were happy then for the most part.
